Illinois requirements
What your renewal actually asks for
Licensed estheticians in Illinois need 10 CEU hours every two year renewal cycle. The next license renewal deadline is September 30, 2027, and all 10 hours may be completed online.
Of those 10 hours:
- 1 hour: Sexual Harassment Prevention — required every renewal cycle
- 1 hour: Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Awareness — one time requirement
- 8 hours: Elective continuing education
That's where EPC comes in. Use your elective hours to learn something that actually adds to your skills, your treatments, and your career.

Licensed since 2008, I've built my career across nearly every corner of the esthetics industry, from holistic day spas and medical aesthetics to professional education. Along the way, I've developed protocols, trained estheticians nationwide, and worked with leading skincare brands.
Becoming a certified Health Coach and Reiki Master expanded how I view skin and the treatment room. It taught me to look beyond surface issues and consider how lifestyle, overall wellness and the mind body connection influence the skin. That whole person perspective is something I bring into both my treatments and my teaching.
What I love most is helping estheticians get excited about their work. I want you to walk away with new skills, a deeper understanding of your craft, and actionable ideas to grow your career.
